Privacy Policy for MayaSoft SoftPOS SDK Demo

1. Introduction

MAYA SOFTWARE STUDIO / MayaSoft ("MayaSoft", "we", "our", or "us") provides the MayaSoft SoftPOS SDK Demo mobile application ("App") as a demonstration product for partners, merchants, and integrators.

This App is intended to demonstrate the user experience of a SoftPOS SDK flow. It simulates payment processing and does not perform real transactions.

2. Demo-only nature of the App

MayaSoft SoftPOS SDK Demo is not a production payment terminal, not a payment kernel, and not a live payment acceptance application.

The App does not:

• process real payments;
• accept live card payments;
• transfer or move funds;
• store cardholder payment data;
• provide banking, wallet, lending, money transfer, cryptocurrency, or other consumer financial services.

PIN, if entered in the demo UI, is masked and used only for demo flow simulation.

3. Information we collect

The App may collect information only when you choose to submit the contact form.

This may include:

• name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• message/request text;
• optional location information, if you grant location permission;
• device and app diagnostic information, such as device manufacturer, model, Android version, app version, locale, and timezone;
• an installation UUID generated by the App for demo/support identification.

4. Information we do not collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit:

• PAN or card number;
• Track 1 data;
• Track 2 data;
• raw APDU responses;
• PIN value;
• payment account data;
• real transaction data;
• real authorization or clearing data.

NFC functionality in the App is limited to safe demo card detection using PPSE-level application information. It is not used to collect cardholder account data.

5. How we use information

We use submitted information for:

• responding to partner or merchant inquiries;
• arranging demo follow-up;
• understanding demo context;
• troubleshooting and support;
• improving the demonstration experience.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Location data

If the App requests location permission, location sharing is optional. If you deny location permission, you can still use the demo flow.

If you grant permission and submit the contact form, the App may include approximate location details such as country, city, coordinates, accuracy, and a map link in the contact request.

7. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the App sends your request to MayaSoft over HTTPS. The submitted message may include the contact details and demo context described in this policy.

8. Device and app diagnostics

The App may include limited device and app information in the contact request to help MayaSoft understand the demo environment. This may include device manufacturer, model, Android version, app version, locale, and timezone.

9. Data sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising purposes.

We may process submitted information using our internal systems and service providers only as necessary to operate the contact request and support process.

10. Data retention

We keep contact submissions only as long as reasonably necessary for business communication, support, follow-up, and legal or operational requirements.

You may request deletion of your submitted information by contacting us at privacy@mayasoft.uz.

11. User choices and deletion requests

You may:

• skip the contact form;
• deny location permission;
• uninstall the App to remove local app data from your device;
• contact us to request deletion of submitted contact information.

12. Children's privacy

The App is intended for business partners, merchants, and integrators. It is not directed to children.

13. Security

We use HTTPS for contact form transmission. The App is designed not to collect sensitive payment card data such as PAN, track data, raw APDU responses, or PIN values.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
